Rocketform is simply accessed through the web browser on your device so as long as it can use the internet it can use Rocketform.
Rocketform is able to work without wifi or a mobile connection, offline as we like to call it, as it downloads the relevant data when the webpage is first accessed. This means as long as you have visited the page previously it will be able to work offline. Any data collected when offline will be stored until your device connects to the internet where it will synchnorise and download the latest version of the webpage. This is all done quickly and does not require any great deal of memory. This all means the data is accessible both online and offline.
Rocketform is accessible across a number of platforms, anything has a web browser or access to the internet can access Rocketform so smartphones, tablets, laptops or desktops, in fact you probably have everything you need allready !
Everytime a form is created it counts as one single form and this is how we count how many forms users have used.
We have a wide variety of standard forms to choose from that may allready suit your requirements. These forms can be edited and customised to further suit your needs. If you find you require a brand new form created please contact us to discuss this further.
Of course! We allow all company logos and branding to be added onto all our forms.
We dont just collect simple data such as text text and numbers , we can capture a range of more complex data such as photos, signatures , sketches and audio recordings. Also remember our forms are timestamped and location enabled so both you and your customers can verify where and when forms were completed.
Absoluteley, we specialise in integrating with other platforms and provide a detailed API for this purpose , we can either provide integrtaion services or advice for your own staff to utilise the API.
Of course we can. Our 3rd Party API allows full access to your forms and web hook notifications on form completeion. We offer full integration servicesor or can advise on DIY integration !
